Trade Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities :
  1. Act as the key link and driving force between the development of strategies from the marketing function and the execution focus of sales function.
  2. Support the continuous IMS development of product category, in agreement with marketing team on brand strategies through all the trade marketing plans.
  3. Lead and cooperate with internal and external parties i.e. Marketing, Sales, and Distributors to ultimately achieve specific IMS and effectively manage budget objective through the development of trade marketing strategy/plan.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Major Marketing is preferred or MBA (desirable)
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills and a highly developed strategic business sense
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to travel
  • At least 5 years' experience in trade marketing or sales role in leading multinational FMCG Company.
  • Experience in trade program planning and execution
  • Experience in managing distributor
  • Self-motivated and result oriented with strong leadership quality
  • Experience in managing different trade channel
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good track record of trade marketing management
  • In-dept knowledge of customer and category.
  • Ability to manage and control distributors/sales
  • Values and respects different cultures
  • Result oriented, enthusiastic, creative and good team players.
