The responsibilities of webTECHNOLOGY Specialist are as follow:
Develop and implement medium to high complexity system implementation projects to meet user requirements
Researches, analyzes and documents business requirements for developing or enhancing systems of medium to high complexity
Ensure that newly implemented system features or enhancements meet user needs as documented in specifications
Ensure continued integrity of existing production systems, and Participate in the investigation and resolution of production problems
Develop, execute and document test plans to ensure the quality
Develop and execute conversion and implementation plans
Qualifications :
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer science or Management Information System
Minimum 5-7 years experiences in CRM application and web programming, and Experiences in mySAP CRM is a plus
Having some experiences in cement industry and/or in multicultural and international-users environment
Ability to travel and work on extended overseas assignments
Possess business knowledge in process manufacturing industry, preferably in cement business
Possess service-minded characteristics and client service attitude
Able to work independently and work as teamwork
Good command of written and spoken English
Willing to travel abroad
