Ensure operational sustainability of the APAC SAP R/3 template, especially for the SAP - FICO module
Provide and coordinate the effective second-level SAP R/3 support for the SAP – FICO module by adhering to the agreed upon Service Level Agreements with the APAC cluster companies
Provide subject matter expertise to: CONNECT projects, other APAC projects and business process owners
Qualifications :
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information System, Statistic, Mathematics or related fields
Possess minimum 4 years experience in area of SAP- FICO Module (GL, AP, AR and AM) and some experiences in supervisor level
Have experiences in both SAP project implementation (at least full cycle of 2 projects implementation) and support
Good attitude of working as teamwork for both good leader and follower
Being a fast learner and eager to develop new business & IT skills especially in SAP and related areas
Good customer orientation, problem solving and communication skills
Willing to travel up-country and overseas
Good command of written and spoken English
