manage operational functions of the Shipping
Department to ensure maximum efficiency and
effectiveness to meet owner’s
requirement.
Planning and
evaluation of new systems of cargo handing and
carriage to achieve closer control of port and
cargo costs
Organizing
supervising and motivating departmental
subordinates
Co-ordinate with
sales department and overseas principals so as
to achieve flexibility ensure customer
satisfaction, and maximize line
profitability
Improve claim
handling procedure claim records and continue
claim prevention
Monitor port
contractors’ performance
Approve and
control all disbursement A/C
Ensure
all shipping documents are handled in accordance
with international practice and principal’s
instruction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
in any discipline
7-10
years direct experience in cargo/port
operation
Very
strong management skill
Good
team player and self motivated
