Conference Manager Basic
Functions
Handle
potential clients or participate for bidding and
prepare bidding document for international
conference
Identify
and approach strategic business partners to
manage each conference
Organize
and able to handle complex or multiple projects
simultaneously
Create,
design and develop conference program
Responsible
for conference program management and execution
on a timely and cost effective
manner.
Qualifications:
Male
or Female, age between 30 – 45 years.
Bachelor’s
Degree or Master’s Degree in Management or
related field.
Experience
in dealing with overseas and international
conference management in MICE business.
Service
oriented and high
creativity.
Ability
to work as team.
Fluent
in English
